RISQ has access to a range of accounting resources who are able to provide  an independent expert opinion in relation to accounting and financial matters.  Our consultants and partner organisations, such as Forsythes and Axciom Forensics,  have extensive experience in complex litigation matters and provide analysis and advice on the investigations we undertake.

Our specialist skills cover:

Financial investigations – the application of accounting and other specialised skills in areas such as contract claims, transaction reviews, partnership disputes, insolvent trading matters, unravelling complex accounting matters and reconstruction of accounts. We also provide consulting services in discrete accounting issues such as pricing disputes, cost accounting and data analysis.

Litigation support - this involves the examination, analysis, interpretation and reporting of issues relating to accounting and financial matters, for the purpose of litigation, including the provision of evidence in a court or other tribunal. 

Economic loss assessment - the calculation of economic loss involves areas such as business valuation, or the assessment of damages arising from lost cash flows.
