  • RISQ Group is a founding member of the APAC chapter of National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS);
  • RISQ Group was part of the Working Committee that developed AS4811:2006 – Employment Screening standard;
  • RISQ Group is an accredited member of the Industry Vetting Panel (IVP) for Australian Government Security Agency (AGSVA);
  • Our COO, Asia is the current chair of NAPBS Standards Committee;
  • RISQ Group has rolled out anti-bribery and corruption accreditation across our offices and third party suppliers;
  • RISQ Group provides our clients regular targeted briefings on the impact of new legislation on screening (eg Privacy/Data Protection); and
  • RISQ Group is a member of the Governance Risk Compliance Institute (GRCI).

Elizabeth Fitzell | Managing Director

Elizabeth has over 12 years’ experience in the screening and verification industry.  She leads the operational aspects of the business on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for the employment screening operations.  Prior to joining RISQ, Elizabeth held leadership positions at First Advantage, where she was Client Relations Director and Director of Operations.  She is the current Assistant Chairperson of NAPBS APAC and a member of the GRC Institute.

Jenny Li | VP, Client Delivery

Jenny Li has over nine years’ experience in the screening industry.  She leads the financial aspects of the business on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for all financial & insurance related matters.  Prior to joining RISQ, Jenny held leadership positions at First Advantage, where she was the financial accountant.  She is also a certified practicing accountant and member of CPA (Australia).
